For sheer goods, packaging is preceded by quality control to spot possible damage, stains and flaws with the items’ seams. A fully automated process is then used to package the finished items.
Before packaging, all knitted items are checked for possible flaws. Items of the same length and colour are then selected to make pairs – this is the only way of making sure that pairs consist of two items of exactly the same length and colour, and specially trained staff is necessary for this step as well. The pairs are then packaged and labeled.
